My parents and I went for a tour from Tangier to the desert with our driver/guide Ismail. Our guide knew the inside and outside land very well and was always able to help recommend places to eat that served great local fare at affordable prices. He was also a very welcoming host and even invited us over for lunch with his family in the desert, giving us a chance to experience what Berber families eat too. We had visited the blue city and the ancient city of Fes and enjoyed the camel ride experience in the desert (with wonderful starry sky), and of course the beautiful gorges of dades and todra, Ait benhaddou kasbah. We also stayed at jaw-droppingly amazing Riads throughout the trip, which left us feeling like queens.
The accommodation arranged by the company for this tour was also very comfortable and very worthwhile for the price we paid for the tour package! I would highly recommend booking with Morocco Trip Excursions for detailed.
