Upon arrival at the charming rural village of Imlil (1800 m / 5,900 ft), you’ll be welcomed by your local guide with a cup of tea on a scenic terrace while providing you a brief of the excursion before riding mules or by walking through the Berber villages of Ait Souka, Targa Imoula and Tagadirte. As you move up, the trail leads you along lush green river banks, sparkling waterfalls and gentle brooks, and enormous walnut groves also. It’s particularly beautiful during spring when the trees start blossoming. Afterwards, stop to enjoy spectacular cascades and stunning picturesque high atlas views en route to Armed village (1902m), where free time is offered to relax, take in the sights, get masses of photos to remember this precious moment in years to come or enjoy a picnic lunch with a breathtaking view of the highest mountain peak (4167m) in North Africa.

After lunch, you’ll start your descent back down the slopes of the mountains and by the western way overlooking the Ait Mizane valley ancient irrigated terraced fields, through Ashien and Fimlil small villages, end of hike & head back to Marrakech. Drop you off at your preferred location in Marrakech.
